What you need to know about renting
from us:
Terms: The projector you rent will meet your criteria,
as outlined on the projector rental page,
and will be based on our available rental inventory. All
projectors are compatible with PC and Mac computers and
have video inputs. In some cases, a higher resolution projector
(such as an XGA model) may be shipped if an SVGA model is
unavailable at no extra charge.
Shipping: You are responsible for round-trip
shipping costs, which may be charged to your FedEx or UPS
account, or added to your rental charges.
Shipping is done with UPS
Your projector arrives with its power cable, computer and
video cables, case and remote control as well as an easy
set-up guide. We also supply your return packaging and shipping
labels.
Other General Terms and Conditions for Renting Equipment
When renting projectors frm Complete IT, you are required to
meet the following terms and conditions:
- Equipment will at all times remain the property of Complete IT Presentation & network Solutions
- At your request,
Complete-IT will arrange shipment of the equipment
to your designated location. Complete IT is not responsible for shipping
delays once the equipment is confirmed shipped.
- Renter has examined the equipment upon receiving and
found it in good condition. Renter will call 1-866-764-4580
immediately to report any equipment not functioning normally.
- Renter returns the equipment in the condition they received
it, normal wear and tear excepted.
- Rental charges are based on the length of time equipment
is in renter's possession, whether in use or not.
- The renter pays shipping costs.
- When renting a projector, a security
deposit will
be pre-authorized to renter's credit card. Once
the projector is returned, deposit will be credited back
to card.
- MasterCard, Visa are accepted.
- We guarantee same day processing of orders received
by 3 pm EST and ship anywhere in Canada
- A 25% cancellation
service charge of the total bill amount will be charged
for any cancelled rental order that has already been shipped.
Rental customer must pay for return shipping.
